At Joyful Packaging, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, custom packaging solutions tailored to your specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.


EXCEPTIONS

We understand that errors can occasionally occur during manufacturing. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue under the following conditions:

  1. Notification Period: You must notify us of the issue within three (3) business days of receiving your order.

  2. Supporting Evidence: Include a detailed description and clear photographs of the problem when you contact us.

  3. Resolution: If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing error on our part, we will work with you to resolve it. This may include repair or replacement of the affected items.


SHIPPING FEES

  • For Approved Replacements: If a replacement is approved due to a manufacturing error, Joyful Packaging will cover the shipping cost for the corrected item.

  • All Other Scenarios: The customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with their order.

At Joyful Packaging, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below to ensure a smooth experience.


FREE SHIPPING

  • Free shipping is available on all orders over $500 within the contiguous United States (48 states).

  • Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping options, orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.


ORDER PROCESSING

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 30 business days after payment is received. Custom orders may require additional time, which will be communicated during the order process.

  • Cutoff Times: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • We partner with reliable carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, based on package size and destination.

  • Expedited Shipping: Options such as expedited shipping are available for an additional charge.


DELIVERY TIMES

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 30 business days for deliveries within the contiguous United States.

  • Custom Orders: Delivery times for custom packaging orders will vary based on production schedules and will be provided during the purchase process.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment.


SHIPPING FEES

  • For orders under $500 or shipped outside the contiguous United States, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.


DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

  • Damaged Goods: If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging and items to assist with a replacement or claim.

  • Lost Shipments: If your shipment is delayed or lost, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

  • Email for International shipping.


CUSTOM ORDERS AND SHIPPING

  • Shipping timelines for custom packaging orders may vary based on production schedules.

  • Custom orders are Eligible for expedited shipping.
